Cooling Down Tips

Are you to hot out there? Are you sweating out your fingers? If you are to hot in anyway you can easily cool down by getting some ice water in a sink, bowl, or some type of container, and fill it with ice water. After the water is very cold stick your elbows in it, and by doing this you will cool down around 10 F, amazing isn't it?
